  1. Fry 350g of chicken/meat/seafood and vegetables till they become golden brown in colour and crispy, set aside.
  2. Heat up a pan. Then, add in MY Chef Chef Salted Egg Yolk Sauce followed by a little water to cook.
  3. Lastly, add fried chicken/meat/seafood or vegetables into the cooked salted egg yolk sauce, stir quick and mix well. Best served while hot.
