PREPARATION METHOD:

  1. Steam or fry fish or other seafood of your choice till cooked,
  2. Then, heat up a pan. Add in 1 packet of MY Chef Chef Nyonya Steamed Fish Sauce followed with a little water to cook.
  3. Lastly, spread evenly the cooked Nyonya Steamed Fish Sauce on top of fish or other seafood of your choice. Best served while hot.
 
INGREDIENTS:
Tomato, lemon grass, kantan flower, kaffir lime leaves, garlic, shallots, ginger, chilli, lime juice, bean paste, salt, sugar, sesame oil and turmeric powder.
