PREPARATION METHOD:

  1. Add 1 packet of MY Chef Chef Fish Curry Paste into a pan and stir fry, followed by adding 400ml of water to cook till boiled.
  2. Then, add about 600g of fish or other seafood of your choice and vegetables, stir thoroughly till cooked.
  3. Lastly, pour in 150g of coconut milk, mix them well and heat until boiled. Best served while hot.
 
INGREDIENTS:
Chilli, onion, garlic, salt, sugar, turmeric, lemon grass, preservative (E211), MSG (E621) and vegetable oil.
