- Add 1 packet of MY Chef Chef Fish Curry Paste into a pan and stir fry, followed by adding 400ml of water to cook till boiled.
- Then, add about 600g of fish or other seafood of your choice and vegetables, stir thoroughly till cooked.
- Lastly, pour in 150g of coconut milk, mix them well and heat until boiled. Best served while hot.
