PREPARATION METHOD:

  1. Add 400ml water into a pan & heat till boiled, then add in 1 no. of tomato cut wedges, 2 nos. of shallot cubes & vegetables of choice. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add 1 full packet of MY Chef Chef Tom Yam Paste & 150g of chicken breast slice, prawn & squid. Simmer them until cooked.
  3. Lastly, add some coriander leaves & chilli slices. Best served while hot.
 
INGREDIENTS:
Garlic, shallot, lemon grass, chilli, tamarind juice, lemon leaf, salt, sugar, MSG, preservative and vegetable oil.
